AGM Support Care Services is dedicated to offering comprehensive support and services to self-managed and plan managed NDIS participants 17 years and above.
Founded by three professional registered nurses, our services offers a safe and supportive environment for individuals with disabilities. We operate in a person-centred manner, providing tailored support and services to meet the individual needs of each participant. We adhere to the NDIS Practice Standards and NDIS Code of Conduct, ensuring the highest quality of service for our participants.
